Ideal aerators are designed to encourage the dynamic extraction of water vapour that forms between the slab and the waterproof roof membrane. The special enlarged shape at the base allows Ideal aerators, H 160 and H 400, to also be used on ventilation ducts with an external diameter of up to 125 mm. The use of the Estraer cup increases the dynamic extraction capacity due to the special trumpet shape that makes the most of the Venturi pipe’s extraction properties, ensuring the best extraction in all situations. The elastic material of which it is made guarantees long-term watertightness. They are fully compatible with prefabricated TPO synthetic membranes. Thorough cleaning of the aerator and the synthetic felts is recommended near the connection area to the aerator.
