The collars h 240-400 have the function of connecting the mantles with any through pipes. They have a large flange for optimal bonding with prefabricated membranes. The H 250 models can be easily cut by following the marked lines and bringing the outfeed diameter to 20, 25 or 30 mm for Ø 18 and to 30, 35 or 40 mm for Ø 28.
H 400 models are instead available in four different diameters and the tang has a slightly conical shape to make installation easier. The elastic material they are made of ensures long-term water tightness. They provide excellent resilience to deterioration caused by the sun, ozone and other weather agents or chemicals normally found in the atmosphere.
They are 100% compatible with APP and SBS prefabricated bituminous membranes and bituminous coats. A sandwich installation between the two layers of membrane is recommended to achieve top performance. To improve adhesion, the collars can be pre-coated with a light coat of primer.
