Our Story

Impertek was founded in 1985 in Jesolo, in the province of Venice, as a fully family-run company specializing in the installation of membranes and PVC materials.

The production of the first products for bituminous and PVC waterproofing began, available in diameters 60, 80, 100, and 125 mm, along with the launch of the first fixed pedestal for raised flooring, the Support Imp T/E h 12 mm.

Introduction to the market of the new adjustable-height support system for raised flooring, precursors to the future Martinetto pedestals with a height adjustment limited to 155 mm.

Presentation of the new Martinetto series with heights up to 220 mm, the longest-lasting and most versatile support series ever, a benchmark for the raised floor market.

New products added to the catalog for waterproof membrane installation, protective aluminum paints, propane gas burners, and the first fasteners for insulating panels.

From 2001, the Giacomini family chose to move the management and production headquarters to nearby Ceggia, acquiring 10,000 sqm of land and building the first 5,000 sqm of factory.

An intelligent and exponential growth that in recent years has led to millions of euros in turnover, with growth potential aligned with the expansion ambitions and participation since 1987 at the main European trade fair in the sector: SAIE in Bologna.

With 60% of turnover generated abroad, we are one of the most appreciated Italian companies worldwide: from Europe to Asia, Middle East to Africa, United States to Canada, the Impertek brand is known and appreciated not only for the quality of materials offered. Participation in Batimat Paris and Big 5 Dubai helps strengthen market shares worldwide, with particular expansion in the Middle East and the Mediterranean basin.

The MEGAMART family was born, revolutionizing the outdoor raised floor market by offering for the first time heights up to 1020 mm.

New expansion completed, increasing the land lot to 27,000 sqm and the covered surface to about 9,000 sqm. Offices grew from 500 sqm to over 1,000 sqm, including an internal laboratory dedicated to testing and quality control for new product development.

Expansion continued with first trade fairs in the USA and positioning in Australia; new markets inspire new solutions.

The new online application was launched to facilitate the work of designers, retailers, and especially installers. Thanks to MegaPro, it is possible to know precisely how many supports are needed for a project and to calculate how many supports for each height should be ordered. Once again, a tool to help our loyal customers solve site problems.

With the introduction of Balance, Impertek again simplifies the work of its clients thanks to the most stable self-leveling head on the market, which immediately establishes itself as the best solution in terms of performance, installation speed, flexibility, and final floor stability.

Great immediate success for the new Rail System, whose aluminum components push the limits of raised floors, allowing tiles of different sizes—even small ones—to be installed on the same terrace with stability unimaginable using traditional methods. Speed, performance, and stability all come with our Rail System.

With Balance Pro supports, the revolution is accessible to everyone thanks to a system covering heights from 25 mm to 1025 mm and versatile heads that can automatically correct the slope of uneven surfaces or be firmly locked to ensure the stability of more complex installations.

Impertek presents Skipper, the first and only universal windproof system that withstands hurricane-force winds. Skipper makes the floor stable, safe, and immovable even during increasingly frequent extreme weather events. What makes this system unique is its universality: Skipper is completely independent of the type of support used and the type of self-supporting slab chosen.

Headquarters expanded by another 2,000 sqm, reaching a total area of 30,000 sqm, with 11,000 sqm covered. The new area and building house a new warehouse, new offices, a showroom, and a space dedicated to technical tests, like a real construction site.

To guarantee maximum flexibility and delivery speed, the production area was equipped with new technologically advanced machinery. The new semi-automatic presses optimize production and increase energy efficiency.

Impertek introduces MiniPro, the first outdoor floating floor support designed with a single head for installing both ceramic and stone slabs and decking boards. MiniPro revolutionizes the raised flooring landscape thanks to its special adjustment range that covers heights from 25 to 50 mm with a single product.
