We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will be involved in the operational activities of the production line, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Main responsibilities:
Assembling and packaging products according to technical specifications.
Monitoring machine operation and reporting any anomalies.
Managing raw materials to ensure proper supply to the production lines.
Performing visual and functional quality checks on finished products.
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.
Complying with workplace health and safety regulations.
Required skills:
Availability to work shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to follow operational procedures carefully and precisely.
Manual dexterity and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with bench tools and, preferably, forklift certification.
Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Good understanding of the Italian language.

We are looking for an experienced, multi-brand Independent Sales Representative to join our team and promote our Waterproofing Line across Italy.
As a key link between the company and its clients, the sales representative is responsible for promoting our products and services within the assigned territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and actively developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage strong client relationships based on trust and product value
Promote and sell waterproofing products within the assigned area
Initiate and lead negotiations to secure new contracts
Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients
Introduce and explain new products to clients
Identify and develop new business leads and potential customers
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring within the territory
Participate in industry trade fairs and events
Report regularly to the sales management team with activity updates and results
Required skills and qualifications
Professional and courteous demeanor
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of construction or waterproofing products (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
Motivation, results-oriented mindset, and a clear focus on achieving company targets
Proficiency in common software tools and CRM platforms
Background in the construction/building industry
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
