Notice to all our European Community customers
On 1st of January 2020 will enter into force the Regulation UE 282/2011, Art. 45-BIS to fight fraud and VAT evasion. We inform you that from this date for all the goods delivered, we must receive the following documents:
- DECLARATION THAT CONFIRMS GOODS WERE DELIVERED IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION
- COPY SIGNED AND STAMPED OF THE CMR RECEIVED WITH THE GOODS
Without receiving these documents, we shall have to issue an invoice to charge you the payment of VAT.
