Which is our greater value? It is the attention and the assistance that we provide to our customers. For this reason, we’ve chosen to renew completely our website, by focusing on the needs of the users of the PEDESTAL LINE or building products. We have foreseen various types of technical supports as needed by the different professionals which can come into play. There’s why there is one section dedicated to architects and designers, one to installers, one to retailers of building materials and one to private and commercial projects, contract and companies. Each of these sections corresponds to specific skills and needs, giving a concrete help and saving time. But the assistance we provide doesn’t stop there. As a matter of fact, two essential tools for projecting the laying of PEDESTAL LINE products were developed: MegaPro and the Project Guide.
MegaPro is a very useful and easy to use web app to design your own raised flooring. This system allows to automatic calculate the number and the type of supports needed to realize the structure. The app is able to generate an itemized list usable for ordering the material. If you would prefer to get a better assistance in this process, the best thing you can do is use the Project Guide. Here a series of questions will guide the users until putting him in contact with our technical assistance, which will provide the calculation of the material necessary to the work.
Sometimes it is also required to look at things concretely to understand their functioning and potentiality. So, we decided to give a prominent position to two particular sections: the video tutorials and realizations.
The videos’ webpage contains both tutorial relating to assembly and use of PEDESTAL LINE products and concrete examples on how to install a raised floor: some quick tips for simplifying your life. The space reserved to our realizations is something that we are really proud of, the more evident confirmation of the quality of our work, but also a great way for the visitors to borrow new ideas and projects.
