IMPERTEK: INNOVATIVE SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR THE FINEST TERRACE AND TILE FLOORS

The Italian company Impertek, based near Venice, is specialised in pre-fabricated components in PVC and synthetics for the construction sector and it designs and manufactures innovative support systems for raised outdoor floors.

Impertek offers a full and high-tech range of solutions for self-supporting floors for outdoors for wooden, composite or for tiles. The range is varied:

Adjustable supports (from 22 to 1020mm high)
Impertek’s adjustable supports are suitable for any self-supporting floor with tiles, wooden or composite. They are adjustable in height and ensure an easy accessibility to the subfloor. This system provides the necessary protection against damp.

Supports with fixed height (from 12 to 19mm)
For projects in narrow spaces, Impertek has a whole series of solutions. There are fixed supports with an height between 12 and 19mm ideal for tile floors on a pre-existing pavement. For working efficiently in specific cases, Impertek also offers some ingenious and effective solutions. These are ‘levellers’, which are suitable for the full range of supports (fixed and adjustable) and ensure precise setting in the event of unevenness. Furthermore, there are also the Mini Elastic and the Elastic Plus, which both facilitate small adjustments under 22mm.

Top sections for all applications
The wide range of top sections offers solutions for any use, both for tile and wooden floors. These are suitable for wide outdoor bar and restaurant terraces and even poolside. Impertek has a perfect solution for all uses.

Impertek terrace supports for a prestigious project in Jesolo, Italy
The Torre Aquilea is a prestigious luxury flat tower block in Jesolo, a coastal town near Venice. The tower was part of a large-scale reassessment scheme for Jesolo town centre. Apart from the dual-height ground-floor, the building includes a further 21 floors and consists of 84 luxury flats.

The technology provided by Impertek supplied an essential, yet apparently invisible contribution to the project. There are extensive terrace floors on the flat roofs of the Torre Aquilea complex with a view of the town and coast. The tower building terraces and the footpath around the open-air swimming pool are finished in valuable teak and rest on a stable and height-adjustable support structure of over 25,000 Impertek terrace supports.
