Corner fittings L 425-45° are used to connect roof membranes with rainwater drains placed near walls and can be positioned either horizontally or vertically. The special 45° shape of the flange is suitable for screeds with a chamfer instead of the 90° angle. The corner fittings are available in two sections to better suit water drainage requirements, and the flange is slightly inclined compared to the tang to facilitate the installation of the drain connector on a slope. The elastic material from which they are made guarantees a watertight seal over time. They have excellent resistance to deterioration caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric or chemical agents normally present. The large perforated flange guarantees perfect adhesion with bituminous sheaths and the long 425 mm tang allows them to pass through walls of up to 40 cm. The drain connector is perfectly compatible with APP and SBS type prefabricated bituminous membranes and with coated bitumen. For maximum performance, sandwich laying between two layers of membrane is recommended. To improve adhesion, the drain connector can be pre-coated with a light coat of primer.
