The flared MIGNON CORNER FITTINGS are used to connect waterproof bituminous felts when the rainwater drains from balconies are placed close to the wall.
With their special design and available colours, flared Mignon fittings can be used in any design setting, even very refined ones. The long 345 mm tang allows water to drain away from vertical walls, also thanks to anti-drip ribs on the underside of the tang.
With its special funnel-shape design, the hole to discharge the water is as small as possible, thereby allowing for an excellent aesthetic result of the final floor of the balcony.
Flared Mignon fittings are recommended for the installation of horizontal drains. The elastic material they are made of ensures long-term water tightness. The rectangular cross-section of the tang allows rational and rapid water drainage, and the flange is slightly inclined to the tang to facilitate sloping installation of the connector.
They provide excellent resilience to deterioration caused by the sun, ozone and other weather agents or chemicals normally found in the atmosphere.
The wide, completely smooth flange guarantees a perfect fit
with PVC synthetic felt. The connectors are perfectly compatible with prefabricated PVC synthetic membranes. Careful cleaning of the connector and the synthetic felt in the vicinity of the area joining to the connector is recommended.
