The hotel overlooks a spectacular panorama that embraces the largest freshwater basin in Italy. The tranquillity of the waters of Lake Garda blends with the beauty of the Busatte park behind the hotel, an ideal place for outdoor activities and adventures surrounded by nature.
The external area of the hotel, spread on several levels, lets you enjoy moments of pure relaxation and fun thanks to the infinity pool with direct access from inside the hotel, the solarium area with comfortable sun loungers, and a relaxation and food area with design armchairs, chairs, and coffee tables.
The peculiarity of this outdoor area is given by the flooring, which creates a perfect interplay between colours, shapes, solutions, and materials carefully chosen to harmonize with the surrounding environment. For the many benefits that are now commonly known, a raised floor of about 1180 square meters was created with Impertek’s Pedestal Line supports and accessories. Before installation, the surface of the large panoramic terrace had different heights and slopes, which were perfectly adjusted with the PrimeUp and BalancePro supports.
In more detail, in the areas with very low thresholds, they used PrimeUp supports due to their range from 10 to 25 mm. In other areas of the surface, they laid the BalancePro supports, with heights from 25 to 1025 mm, with an ‘All-in-one’ system: self-levelling head with locking option, adjustment from the top through special key or manual adjustment directly from the base.
For the installation of the 60x60 stoneware slabs they chose the Tile head of the supports, with a 4 mm joint, while for the decking flooring they created an aluminium structure with 60x20 mm Easy Rail joists.
The choice of Impertek supports and their characteristics made it possible to create a perfect flat floor safely and easily, thus solving the problems given by small and large slopes. Approximately 1,900 supports were used to create a dreamlike outdoor space in the wonderful panorama of Lake Garda.
