In the centre of Jesolo, overlooking the seafront, lies an exclusive private residence equipped with a swimming pool and a panoramic terrace with a direct view of the sea.

The 85-square-metre terrace was originally paved with wooden decking, but the continuous exposure to the elements had compromised its integrity and stability, making renovation necessary.

To meet the client’s desire to preserve the original warmth and aesthetic, the construction company G. EMME MULTISERVICE by Andrea Uliana proposed a new solution: installing wood-effect porcelain stoneware tiles on a raised flooring system.

This approach not only maintained the visual appeal of the space, but it also resolved several technical challenges, such as the presence of pool system cables beneath the terrace.

Impertek’s solutions, in particular the PrimeUp and MiniPro supports, proved essential to the success of the project. They combined ease of installation while ensuring a perfectly level finished surface, supported by a lightweight yet highly load-resistant substructure, ideal for accommodating any type of wiring.

In the terrace lowest areas, PrimeUp supports were used, ideal for working with low thresholds, covering precise heights from 10 to 25 mm. Thanks to their versatile adjustment mechanism, they can easily be adapted even where part of the flooring has already been laid.

In the higher sections, MiniPro supports were employed, covering a height range from 25 to 125 mm with the addition of the Dome extension. This system retains all the advantages of Impertek’s Pedestal Line, including height adjustment from both the top and the base, a self-levelling head that compensates for slopes up to 5% and the option to lock the head for enhanced stability in more complex scenarios.

In this project, attention to detail made all the difference: elegant steel profiles added a refined, modern touch, while the original wood decking was recovered and used as a decorative wall element. This choice not only enhanced the aesthetic value of the area, but also reflected a commitment to sustainability, demonstrating how reclaimed materials can enrich and personalise a project.

Thanks to the combined use of PrimeUp and MiniPro supports, the terrace was transformed into a modern, stable and long-lasting outdoor space; a solution designed to blend technical performance, aesthetic appeal and lasting functionality.
