BALANCE PRO BY IMPERTEK AT THE SERVICE OF THE CAPITOL HOTEL IN JESOLO LIDO (ITALY)
A splendid view of the sea welcomes guests to Hotel Capitol in Jesolo Lido, a suggestive seaside destination on the Adriatic coast in Italy which in the last few years has seen an important architectural development and an increasingly high standard on services. Its recent renovation of its hall, restaurant and seafront terrace has made the rooms even more welcoming and bright: spaces in which guests can taste excellent local cuisine or relax on the private beach equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. In particular, the latest novelty of the Hotel Capitol is the renovation of the large surface of the swimming pool area where, thanks to Impertek’s Balance Pro supports, it was possible to create a large and elegant raised floor. This area is realized with 50x100 ceramic tiles and 1.000 Balance Pro supports with heights between 75 mm and 225 mm adjustable from the top using the special adjustment key Top Key. The peculiarity of this realization concerns the laying of the ceramic covering: the 2-cm tiles along the pool-side have been glued to the pool edge only for half while the other half rests on the Balance Pro supports. For greater stability and safety, the tiles have been siliconized together, thus avoiding any installation problems that could have arisen with diagonally cut tiles. The added value of this project is not only given by the aesthetic performance and functionality of the raised floor which allows easy maintenance of the pool pipes and drains, but also by the high technical standards of Balance Pro. This range of supports, thanks to the revolutionary “All in One” system allows easy installation and multiple advantages such as automatic levelling of the slope, height adjustment from 25 to 1025 mm with a reduced number of items, a wide range of heads for both tile and decking and the use of Top Key for adjust the height from the top.
