A NEW LIFE FOR MANIFATTURA TABACCHI IN ROVERETO
THE HEARTH OF THE STRUCTURE UNDER A RECORD RAISED FLOOR REALIZED WITH IMPERTEK’S SUPPORTS
The redevelopment of the ex Manifattura Tabacchi in Rovereto commissioned by Trentino Sviluppo agency is directed to the restoration of the archaeologic industrial zone, but also to the local economy development. The structure, as a matter of fact, will host a lot of local companies, which will find space inside a strip of land covered with greenery and crossed by a long-raised floor. For its realization, the developers used the supports for raised floors by Impertek company.
The raised floor is composed by big-format stone tile and long wooden boards supported by the Rail System structure. This system is made up of height-adjustable supports, on which aluminium joists Rail are hooked. Upside these joists, the Top Rail AS heads finds place and supports the components of the flooring. All these components are made with recycled material and are in turn recyclable. Rail System is part of the big product family PEDESTAL LINE of Impertek to realize raised floors.
